Order terms & policies
Please review these details before confirming your custom flag order. They explain design approval, production, delivery and care.
Design approval
Custom flags are produced according to the design and specifications approved by the customer. Please check the name, contact number, logo, text, colors, dimensions, fabric, finishing and base before giving final approval.
Approval confirms the details to be printed. It does not remove our responsibility to produce the order according to those agreed details.
Deposit and production
Production starts only after final design approval and receipt of the required deposit. Please confirm the deposit amount and payment arrangements with our team before placing your order.
Changes and cancellations
Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change the design or order specifications. Changes may no longer be possible once printing has started.
Once printing has started, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights in the event of a defect or a product that does not match the agreed specifications.
Preparation and delivery
Most orders are typically ready within 2–5 working days. Preparation time depends on the quantity, customization requirements and current production workload. Confirm the expected schedule with our team for your order.
Delivery time is separate from preparation time and varies by destination. Collection or delivery within Oman is subject to the available options.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges outside any applicable free-delivery area are paid by the customer. Please confirm whether your address qualifies for free delivery and the applicable delivery charge before confirming the order.
Printed colors
Printed colors may vary slightly from those displayed on phones, laptops or other screens because screen display and printing technologies differ. Please discuss any specific color requirements before approving the design.
Replacement fabric
Fabric-only replacement may be available for selected flag models, depending on the condition and compatibility of the existing pole, base and accessories. Contact us to confirm suitability before placing a replacement order.
Care and warranty
Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by strong winds, improper installation, misuse or failure to follow the recommended usage instructions. Please confirm the applicable warranty coverage and duration for your product before ordering.
Take down and store flags safely during strong winds, storms or severe weather. No base can guarantee complete stability in extreme wind. Use a base and installation method suited to your location.
If you notice a defect or a difference from the approved specifications, contact our team with your order details and a description of the issue. These policies do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law in Oman.
